Delete your Londy account
You can leave Londy from the app, on the web, or by contacting us. You do not need to reinstall the app.
On the website
Open account deletion, sign in if asked, and confirm. If you use a password, you will be asked to enter it.
In the Android app
Open Account, then Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Need help or cannot sign in?
Email contact@londy.app from the address associated with your Londy account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. You can download your personal data first. Your partner's account is separate and will not be deleted by your request.
